Ghost Writer Extraordinary

The chilling story of Dr Rant, whose wicked streak continues from beyond the grave. When a relative comes to find a particular book at the university library, young student Garrett is drawn into a family feud over a will and its legacy - with terrifying consequences...

Great article about Britain’s most enigmatic and extraordinary ghost story writer, MR James. It includes The Tractate Middoth: A Ghost Story for Christmas, based on one of James' tales and adapted by the BBC.

Also a documentary narrated by Mark Gatiss - a big fan of James - that delves into what motivated this bookish bachelor to pen some of the most iconic and chilling ghost stories in English literature.
